5 chicken thighs
4 cloves garlic
1 inch piece of ginger
1 T paprika
2 t coriander
1 T chicken masala seasoning
½ C Greek yogurt
1 T cilantro
Combine all but the cilantro and let sit for at least 1 hour. Transfer to a cast iron skillet. Cook at 450 for 40 minutes turning over in the middle. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve.
