2T red wine vinegar
½ C each mayo and sour cream
3T pineapple juice
3 carrots, shredded
2 shallots, sliced thin
1/4c dill, chopped
2 small or one large pickle, minced
1 head napa cabbage, shredded
4 radishes, julienned
2 scallions, sliced
Salt
Combine all ingredients together and let sit 2 hours.
