If fresh peaches are available, by all means use them.  Puree one peach and push it through a fine mesh strainer for best results.

Juice from 1 15oz can of peaches

2oz Canton liqueur

4oz vodka

Lemon Pellegrino to taste

In a shaker filled with ice, add the peach juice, liqueur and vodka.  Shake vigorously for 1 minute.  Pour into chilled glasses and top with Pellegrino to taste.
